On Saturday, November 5th 2005, a large group of teachers and staff participated in LINCS Training at the Pine Ridge School Dining Hall. "LINCS" stands for List the Parts; Identify a Reminding Word; Note a LINCing Story; and Supervise Practice (or Self-Test for Student). The training was coordinated by Frankee W. Dress of the Pine Ridge School Reform Office and it was led by Lee Schwartz (SIM Trainer). LINCS Training when introduced at the student level is meant to teach students a new way to learn and apply vocabulary words.
